Before you write
Delivery times, rates and import duty are on the shipping policy. Returns are on the refund policy. Washing, drying and stains are on care and materials. If a piece arrived damaged, attach a photograph of the glass and of the packaging — it saves a round trip and it is what the carrier asks us for.
If you are choosing between two shapes, tell us what you drink and how many of you there usually are. That is a more useful question than it sounds and we would rather answer it before you buy.
