Who you are dealing with

This store is operated by BESTWEAR INTERNATIONAL LIMITED, trading as Marqorin, Portion 1 of Unit No. 721A, 7/F, Star House, No. 3 Salisbury Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong. Throughout these terms “we” and “us” mean that company. By browsing marqorin.com or placing an order you agree to what follows.

Using this store

You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to buy from us. You agree not to use the store for any unlawful purpose, not to interfere with it, and not to copy its text or photographs for commercial use without our written permission.

Hand-blown variation

Every piece we sell is blown by hand. Capacities, heights and weights given on product pages are approximate and vary between pieces of the same shape, typically by a few per cent in volume and up to a centimetre in height. Small bubbles, faint striations and slight asymmetry are characteristics of the process. Photographs are representative of the shape, not of the individual piece you receive.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the dispatch confirmation. We may refuse or cancel any order, including after a confirmation email, if a piece is out of stock, the price was listed incorrectly, or the order appears fraudulent. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown and charged in United States dollars and may change without notice. Taxes, duties and import charges levied by your own country are not included and are your responsibility. Payment is authorised and captured when the order is placed, through Shopify’s hosted checkout.

Shipping and risk

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you gave us. If a parcel is lost or the contents arrive broken, contact us and we will put it right under our refund policy.

Care and use

These are drinking vessels, not cookware. You agree to follow the care instructions published on our care and materials page. We are not liable for damage caused by dishwasher use, thermal shock, abrasive cleaning, or use of a piece after it has been chipped or cracked. A chipped rim should be taken out of service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the courts of Hong Kong have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection you have where you live.
