Onyx Decanter, 1.2 L

The only tinted piece we make. An egg-shaped body on a low foot with a short collared neck, blown in smoke-grey crystal — dark enough to read as charcoal across a room, still clear enough to see the level through.

Tint has one real drawback and we would rather say it: you cannot judge the colour of the wine through grey glass. If you decant to look at a wine as much as to open it, buy the Harbour instead. If you decant because a bottle is halfway through and you want it to stop looking like a bottle, the Onyx is the one.
